Philippe supports airlines global cabin safety through Safety Management System contributions, collaborating with industry safety leaders and participating in cabin crew peer-to-peer safety groups. He has 28 years of major air carrier experience including 10 years of training and regulatory and cabin safety report analysis and cabin safety policy development. As a Flight Service Manager, Philippe supervised and mentored up to 100 Flight Attendants.
The positions he held throughout the 28 years at the airline he worked at, helped him to assimilate and support the core values of a company with a great tradition in the service trade, and develop strong versatility and flexibility. He was involved in a multitude of projects including the introduction of a Safety Management System, transition to EU-Ops and Air Ops, Standards monitoring, re-engineering of the training program of a subsidiary airline, introduction of Threat and Error management in the operations of cabin crew, Just and Fair management. Now, Philippe is committed to helping airlines gain access to the skills and experience that is required to support the cabin safety field.
