Developing Better Pilots, Faster
CAE uses an elaborate data-driven approach that has allowed the evolution of pilot training using a competency-based framework. The collection of data obtained from various sources (line, training data) and its thorough analysis through CAE Rise™ and the company’s expert analytical team has led to the improvement of training curriculums and enhanced Safety Management Systems. An effective, forward looking, data-driven approach to training that addresses the needs of an individual, is suggested as a key enabler to training better pilots, faster.
